| 2 tsp Fresh Sage |
| 1 cup Boiling Water |

| Juice of 1 Lemon |
| a pinch Cayenne Pepper |
| 1 tsp Honey |
Put sage into a cup, add boiling water. Leave for steep for 10 mins. Strain and add 'B', stir and drink hot.

| 1 cup Boiling Water |
| a dash Cider Vinegar |
Pour boiling water into a cup. Add sage leaves and leave to soak for 5 mins. Strain, leave to cool a little and add cider vinegar. Garlge with mixture for relief of sore throats.
You can use 1 tsp of dried sage instead of the fresh leaves, but it's not quite so effective.

Juice the lemon and pour into a large mug. Add Honey and top up with hot but not boiling water. Drink.
